Order on hold

Modified on Mon, 23 Dec 2019 at 10:13 AM

A red circular ring with a number in shows how many "Orders on hold" you have.

To appear in "Order on hold" mode, the order must be put in "Order on hold" when the order is registrered.

By clicking in the middle of the order, the order lines will appear to the right and you can easily click through the orders to see which items they contain etc.

To release an order on hold, you must click on the blue i and open the order.

Before you release the order, there are a few important things to keep in mind:

1. Change to the correct wholesaler on the order. If the orders were created before there were wholesale article numbers, then the wholesaler will be changed to their own company. Before you release, you must then change to the correct wholesaler. Click the arrow after wholesale to change.

2. Make sure the item number looks right. The top line is the company's own article number and the bottom line is the wholesale article number. If the wholesaler is changed to your company then both of these lines will have the same number. When the wholesaler changes, the wholesale part number will be changed automatically.

It can also be good to look at the delivery date and condition type so that they match before you check out "Order on hold".

When everything is checked and done, press the arrow in the upper left and select Save.
