You can find PIX under Sales Tracking.
By default, the images are displayed in thumbnail view, with the most recently uploaded images shown at the top. When you scroll through different views, the upload date of the most recent image in each row is displayed. In the larger image views, the store name and the district that uploaded the image are also shown.

Shortcut to quick filter


In PIX, you can filter content using the standard filter, which is especially useful for recurring searches with the same selection. Enter your filter options and save them as a variant – this way, you don’t have to enter the criteria every time.

Free text search

Performs a quick search in the data fields linked to the image.
This can include the name or part of the name of a store, city, chain, salesperson, title, or note.
Image display
There are three display modes that show the images in different sizes. The number of images displayed varies depending on screen size and resolution.

Displays the images in the smallest view mode, same as at startup.


Displays the images in the medium view mode.


Displays the images in the large view mode.


Displays images from the stores in the area that has been zoomed in on the map.

Download
To download a single image, click the image and then the download arrow.

To download multiple images at once, click the upper left corner of each image.
Click again to remove the selection.

Click the
icon to open the download view. Here you will see the images you have selected for download. You can choose to download them as a ZIP file (*.JPG), a PDF, or a PowerPoint presentation (PPTX).
To remove all selected images and clear all selections, click ‘Clear’.
If you only want to remove specific images, click the selection in the upper left corner of the respective image.

Likes

View likes on your own and others’ images. Click the heart icon to like an image. The number of likes is displayed in the icon.
Comments
Read comments on your own and others’ images. To comment on an image, click the image and then the comment icon.
