SolutionWait and contact Nordman if the status hasn't  change the next day. There may have been something wrong with the file so the orders must be resend.

Solution: You can read the message by opening the order and looking for the EDI column.

Incorrect/missing wholesale article number in Argus.

Solution: Change/add the article number under the main wholesaler - assortmen tab.

Select the line with the relevant order and click Resend - The order will then receive status 0 and will be sent next time

SolutionOpen the customers card and go to transfers tab and enter the locationcode.

Select the line with the relevant order and click Resend - The order will then receive status 0 and will be sent next time

Is usually a statistic order or has other condition

It's possible to cancel an EDI order if it hasn't been sent, when you cancel a order gets status 10 (Completed).

All the answers that come from the main wholesalers with any change or are wrong could not be change in Argus, you should contact thw wholesaler for a solution.
