Status EDI

A red circular ring with a number in shows how many Edi orders you have with a message. The line or order need not be rejected, but it can also be just an information that comes back as an order response.

If you click in the middle of the line you get a quick overview of the orders as the lines appear to the right. If you want to read the order response, you must click on the blue i in order to open the order.

the first step when the order is opened up you only see an overall response. This is because the order response (unless the entire order has been rejected) is at the line level. In order to see the exact order response, you must click on each line.

Important to note is that you may not see an error message in the first line and then you have to click on until you find the right line as it may be a message that applies only to one of the lines on the order.

Once you have gone through all the messages and fixed what is needed, you can choose to clear under Status Edi.

Click the icon that looks like a square with an arrow pointing up.

Click "Mark as unread". You will then clear what is under Status EDI and will always only see the new messages coming in.
