Note: This function is used by Foodservice.
Go to the menu Administration - Assortment - Wholesaler Specific Listing.
Here you can select which listing status each article should have for the different wholesalers.
You can filter articles in three different ways.
Option 1:
Open the product group and locate the article.
Check the correct status for the wholesaler.
Click Save.

Click the funnel icon next to, for example, Article Number to quickly search for a product.
Check the correct status for the wholesaler.
Click Save.

Option 2:
Click the three lines next to the name Wholesaler Specific Listing to filter by wholesaler and product.
Click the three dots to add product(s).
Check the products you want to change the status for.
Click the three dots to add wholesaler(s).
Check the wholesalers you want to change the status for.
Click Apply.
Then click Search.

Check the correct status for the product and wholesaler.
Click Save.

Option3:
You can also export the list to Excel to easily adjust the statuses.
Start by unchecking the grouping.
Click Download Template.

Change the status in the column E Status.
You can only change to a status that is already set up in your system.
Note: Do not delete any columns or change the column order.
Save the Excel file.

Click Import from Template to upload the updated statuses.
