Chain Specific Listing

Go to Administration - Assortment - Chain Specific Listing.

Here you can select which listing status each article should have for the different chains.

You can filter articles in three different ways.


Option 1:
Open the product group and locate the article.
Check the correct status for the chain.
Click Save.


Click the funnel icon next to, for example, Article Number to quickly search for a product.
Check the correct status for the chain.
Click Save.



Option 2:
Click the three lines next to the name Chain Specific Listing to filter by chain and product.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Chain and check the chain(s) you want to set a status for.
Click the three dots to add product(s).


Check the articles you want to change the status for.
Click Apply.
Then click Search. 



Check the correct status for the product and chain.
Click Save. 



Option3:

You can also export the list to Excel to easily adjust the statuses. 


Start by unchecking the grouping.
Click Export. 


Change the status in the column I Status.
You can only change to a status that is already set up in your system.

Note: Do not delete any columns or change the column order.

Save the Excel file.



Click Import from Template to upload the updated statuses.
