Activity outcome

Here you can view the outcome of your registered activities.


You can filter by Date, Include inactive activities, Customers, Activity, Chain, and Sales Force.

Click Search.



The results are automatically grouped.
Click the arrow in front of the activity to see the outcome by district and customer.


Here you can see how many activities have been completed and how many are planned.


If you want to remove the grouping, click the grouping options.

You can export the list to Excel using the Download button.


You can choose to save your selection as a variant (this works the same way in all reports).

Enter a name in the Variant field.

Click Save.

  1. Save the variant for yourself only.

  2. Save for everyone if you want all Back Office users to have access to the variant.

The next time you open Campaign Outcome, your variant will appear in the list.
